Heather Banks has always been drawn to the kind of work that makes a real difference in people’s lives. As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in pain management and sleep therapy, she helps patients navigate the complexities of TMJ disorders and airway health with care and expertise.

She grew up in Rensselaer, Indiana, where she first imagined a career in teaching. That dream shifted when she joined the National Guard as a Medic, an experience that shaped her deep commitment to healthcare. She earned her RN, BSN, MSN, and FNP-C, combining her medical expertise with a passion for education to help patients understand their treatment options and take control of their health.

She brings warmth, humor, and energy into every patient interaction. She is a firm believer that healing happens best when people feel comfortable and heard. When she is not at the office, she is making memories with her children and grandchildren, finding any excuse to dance, or sharing her quick wit and sense of humor with everyone around her.
